John J. Goodman is Director of Media and Public Relations for the Rhode Island Airport Corporation. In addition to his duties as spokesman for T.F. Green Airport (PVD) he also serves as Rhode Island’s representative on the New England Rural Health Association, having most recently worked as Director of Communications for a Connecticut non-profit health center. Over his 30 year career he has also served as a policy advisor and press secretary for two United States Senators, the Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, and Vice President of a leading New England Marketing and Communications firm.

Paula Twidale serves as vice president of AAA Travel, one of North America’s largest leisure travel agencies. Twidale brings more than 35 years of experience to the nearly 60 million-member organization.

Twidale provides leadership and strategic direction for all of the association’s travel services. She creates and manages strategic alliances, maximizing relationships with preferred suppliers in an effort to increase member benefits. Additionally, her responsibilities include guiding the development of innovative technology solutions to support AAA clubs in the delivery of differentiated travel products and services to members.
